AREA OF EXPERTISE: Management: Organization, staff and fund NGO: Facilitate partner NGOs to implemented programme efficiently through establishment of strong community organization with other sector actors including local Govt. institutions. Capacity building of partner NGOs in the areas of programme management, planning, budgeting, implementing, training, monitoring and evaluation and reporting.
Agriculture/Aquaculture: Development of Training & Extension strategies to adopt agriculture/ aquaculture technology for small integrated farming system through mobilization of farmers own resources by the help of Departmental support. Development: Program, Project, Policy, strategic planning, training packages, Extension service delivery system, Human Resource Development. Training: Training Need Assessment, Planning, Objective setting, Curriculum development, Training packages (Training Modules, Leaflet, Flip Chart, etc.) development, Conduct, Organize, Supervise, Monitoring & Evaluation of Training and reporting on that. Gender & Development: Gender mainstreaming policy, strategy with implementation plan, Model for Gender & development (HH approach), training materials development for officers, staffs as well as farmers. Facilitate a series of gender TOT as well as others training for the project and non-project personnel.
